Are there any equivalents to adobe flash player 10 that work on Internet explorer?

Filed under: FLV Converter — flvresource @ 11:45 pm

Here’s how to solve your problems with Adobe Flash Player.

Mac Video Converter Family, a series of video conversion applications for the Mac.

There are likely remnants of Adobe Flash Player that are lurking around on your hard drive and in your registry.

Mac DVD ripper could rip DVD to AVI, multiform videos/audios
Rip DVD movie to video and audio formats including AVI, MPEG, WMV, MP4, DivX, H.264/AVC, MOV, 3GP, 3GP2, MP3, WAV, WMA, AC3, M4A, OGG, RA, AU, etc.

Once you rid your system of these remnants, you’ll be able to download and get Flash Player installed. Here’s the procedure.

DVD ripper is a computer program that facilitates copying the content of a DVD to a hard disk drive.

DVD Ripper can rip DVD to AVI MPEG WMV DivX H.264/MPEG-4 AVC MP4 MP3 WMA excellently.

Go to the Adobe web site and find their Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. Download the Uninstaller and SAVE it to your desktop! Do not install it from the web site! Now close the Adobe site and go to your desktop. Now you can install and run the Adobe FP Uninstaller. This will get rid of all the old Flash Player partial installs and updates. Now proceed to a web site called CNET. CNET is a safe and very reliable web site for downloading all kinds of software and freeware. On the CNET site, find the latest Adobe Flash Player. Again, download and SAVE it to your desktop! Now proceed to your desktop and install the Adobe Flash Player and you should now be good to go with everything you expect of Adobe Flash Player. You should be able to view videos on Youtube, watch movies and download music files. Hope this solves your problem with Adobe. It’s the best solution I’ve found that works! Good luck!
I’m afraid not.
99% of web based videos today use Flash to run, there is no other equivalent, and never will be.(until HTML 5 video tags become standard).
Firefox is a much more reliable browser than Internet Explorer also.
Well there are alternatives called Silverlight. But it will not play adobe.
To solve your issue. Go to www.adobe.com and go to download. Install Adobe Flash Player for Windows.
This is ccompatibleto all browsers.
everytime i take a pic the light flashes very brightly. How do you take it off so that when you do take a pic there is no bright flash.
go to menu and there shud b an option to set flash. jus scroll and check them
The flash settings are on the four way rocker switch on the rear or the camera. it’s the left hand part of the rocker with the lightning bolt symbol on it. You may find that in some modes you can’t turn it off, and in other modes you can’t turn it on!

What are some good sites for E greeting cards that don’t require flash animation?

if you plan of getting more video go with a bigger one it it also depends on the quality of the video i have two movies on my computer that are about 2 and 1/2 hour combined

pavtube is one of the best dvd rippers, It is versatile application and users can use it either to backup DVD to hard disk or to convert DVD movies to AVI, WMV, MPG, MP4, MOV, and 3GP, AAC, MP3, W4A, WMA, WAV and AC3 etc.

( really rough estimate) it takes less than 2 gigs on hard drive space, please note that these are not top quality near DVD but not HD.

This tutorial shows you how to rip DVD to iPhone format, rip DVD to iPod Touch format.

you will be able to find the exact amount of space it takes by right clicking and going to properties on each video file. for a PC at least its possible on a mac but i cant remember because its been about 3 years sense iv used mine

Makayama is working on DVD to Palm and DVD to Smart Phone, among other programs.

( costs too much to fix)
if it helps 1000 mb = 1 gig
i hope this helps
moose
It depends a lot on what format the video is, DVD quality is a little under 10GB, HD is much more. you can pick up a 16GB flash drive for $30 on newegg.com or you can get an 80GB external hard drive for $40
Phh I got a 4 gb flashdrive for $10.00 I forget where but they have them
It will be mom mom’s birthday Sunday and I wanted to send her an e-card. However she will only have access to a computer via a library and I am not sure whether or not it will enable her to view flash animation. All the sites i’ve been able to find through google, bluemountain, e-greetings etc, all have only flash animated cards.
What sites do you all recommend?
When I try to download adobe flash player it says failed to install, I was wondering if there are any alternatives to adobe flash player 10 that would allow me to watch videos on the internet.
You don’t need to seek alternatives because there is only one flash player and that is the Adobe
To solve this easily
Go to Start – Control panel – Programs and Features. Look in the list of programs and select any Flash Player that you see. Click on it and then click Uninstall.
Let it finish and then reboot (restart) your computer.
Now go to adobe.com and download/install it.
It will work
Adobe don’t tell you this, but you need to remove any existing flash player before you can install or update.

How much space should I have on my flash drive?

Filed under: FLV Converter — flvresource @ 11:43 pm

I am going out tomorrow to buy a flash drive to store video files.

I have roughly two and a half hours of footage that needs to be saved.

Mac DVD to iPhone software is the best iPhone movie converter for Mac which is able to convert iPhone video on Mac OS X.

how much space should the flash drive I get have on it?
I have seen flash drives for $30.00 with 4GB of space, is this more or less than what I will need?

Mac DVD to iPhone software is the best iPhone movie converter for Mac which is able to convert iPhone video on Mac OS X.

Hi. Look at the size of your file. If it will fit on a 4GB flash drive, then yes. Personally I would a bit extra for an 8GB flash drive.
I think that should be good 4 GB has alot of space. I think that will work…. Good luck
Why don’t you get an external hard drive??? they are like $65 for 250 GB
32 gig would be a better choice but more expensive
Depends entirely on the footage. If you have it already then you know exactly how big it is. I can’t imagine that 4GB would be useful for anything but highly compressed porn.
If you’re talking raw DV that 4GB will hold about 15minutes of video. For real video work your best bet would be to pick up a pair of 1TB drives. Always buy in pairs so you can back up. Should run under $200.
Flash drives are ment to transport items from one computer to another amongst other things. They are definitely not long term storage devices as they aren’t very durable and in some cases randomly lose things.. Something you would want to store your precious memories is an external hard drive or a portable hard drive. Both are good ways to store such items. Here are a few options.
Still pretty cheap. If you get one that is DOA (Dead on arrival) then you can return it for a new one free of charge. This is a safer and more reliable way to store all of your digital treasures. Hope this helps.
1GB is going to be equal to about 3-4minutes worth of video. Video files are large. I would look into buying an external hard drive instead. You can get them at fairly good prices now. 250GB should fit your needs right now, but I would be safe and go for a 500GB.

javascript is usually turned on by default…so, it might be your flash player is outdated..
you can try a different browser…
these will help you…
1. Use Opera browser, it will load faster and smoother, and re-install latest flash (the correct way)
get the latest flash player, and install it.. make sure all the browsers are NOT running during installation… this is the right way to install the flash player.
by the way, the javascript is turned on by default.
OR..
2. It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.
Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.
Or you could watch it offline smoothly… try using ‘zillatube’ .
It works very well – to get ZillaTube, click the link below, and select the first search result for download…

Is it worth the money to get a flash pass at Six Flags Magic Mountain?

Filed under: FLV Converter — flvresource @ 8:36 pm

YES! ABSOLUTELY! I have been there, and using a flash pass cuts the time you wait in line by more than half!

Mac Video Converter Family, a series of video conversion applications for the Mac.

but you can only use them on certain rides. if you ask me it is totally worth it though!
It really depends on what you want to do. Which of the following categories do you find yourself in?
1) I love roller coasters – the whole point of going is to get on as many of them as possible as many times as possible.
Then you need the gold flash pass. On really busy days, you’ll be lucky to ride 4 or 5 coasters without it. With it, you’re pretty much going to be on a coaster every 20 minutes.
2) I want to ride a couple main coasters, but also want to see some of the shows and play some of the midway games.
You could get by with the regular flash pass. Get your ride time, and based on the time you get, you can watch a show, get lunch, ride another less popular ride, or play some games. It’s also possible to use the flash pass on a 3 hour wait ride, then wait in line for a 2 hour wait ride. That way, when you get done with the first one, it’s almost time for the other. It’s like waiting for two rides at the same time.
My brother and my dad are going to Six Flags Magic Mountain on Thursday. They want to know if it’s worth the extra money to buy a flash pass or a gold pass, or just go without the pass all together.
3) There’s maybe one coaster I want to ride, everything else is shows or other rides.
You can get by without the flash pass. Get to the park when it opens, hit the popular ride first, then spend the rest of the day on other rides.
yes flash pass is worth it. but you still need spending money too.

Is there anyway for me to upload files onto the internet for safe keeping like a flash drive?

Filed under: FLV Converter — flvresource @ 8:35 pm

yes indeed. However be VERY careful of what site you go to.

DVD Ripper can rip DVD to AVI MPEG WMV DivX H.264/MPEG-4 AVC MP4 MP3 WMA excellently.

I’ve never used online storage, but my guess would be that there is plenty of bad websites that will steal your files. Your best bet woudl be to use a flash drive.

Mac DVD to iPhone software is the best iPhone movie converter for Mac which is able to convert iPhone video on Mac OS X.

You are probably shooting with the widest lens setting. Try shooting with a slightly more magnified vew setting.

That makes group shots tough if you can’t back up a bit, but it’s either that or a lot of time with Photoshop.
Try experimenting with a few test shots in a humid setting with the flash. It only costs a few electrons and you might end up with better pictures when it counts.
Good luck
You can’t omit them.
There’s just one thing to do-
Try placing light source near your subject and then click photos without using camera flash.
You can also try long exposures but make sure that your flash doesn’t work.
Though your eyes see the subject (distant) that you want to click, the flash when fired, illuminates the nearest objects the brightest. In your situation, these are the water droplets or mist and being near they appear big too.
I use a Nikon P80, and whenever I take pictures in humid conditions using the flash the photographs appear to have moisture droplets.

You don’t have to close Firefox.
To solve this easily:
Go to Start – Control panel – Programs and Features. Look in the list of programs and select any Flash Player that you see. Click on it and then click Uninstall.
Let it finish and then reboot (restart) your computer.
Now go to adobe.com and download/install it.
It will work
Adobe don’t tell you this, but you need to remove any existing flash player before you can install or update.
Download the installer package onto your hard drive (you can download it here: get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherve… ), after selecting your operating system, select the second radio button (Marked as “Flash Player 10 for Windows – Other Browsers”). Make sure it saves onto you hard drive (aka “save as” not “open”) Close firefox completely. Now find the downloaded installer and double click on it and follow the directions.
