Sometimes when Adobe Flash Player doesn’t install correctly, and you attempt to install it again, you’ll get remnants of Flash Player left behind on your hard drive and in the registry. These remnants can keep Adobe Flash Player from installing completely. To get rid of these remnants and get Flash Player installed, just follow these steps. First go to the Adobe web site.
Find their Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. SAVE the Uninstaller download to your desktop!

then find it and double click to open it up
just follow the instructions(hit start, then next, then a few more times, agree to their terms of use, then let it install, then hit finish)
and then it shud be installed
